Week long camps:
Challenging off-ice hockey specific training component using Nike Sparq training equipment designed to make players stronger and faster.
Our daily schedule include, 3 seperate hour long on-ice hockey skills development: 1 hour power skating,
1 hour stickhandling, 1 hour of "small area competitive games" and/or flowdrills, 2-3 seperate 1 hour off-ice sessions and a 1 hour game on Friday.
Unlike most hockey camps we pride ourselves in offering a physically challenging camp.
Players are to arrive at camp committed to improve their overall fitness and hockey skills.
As such, Competitive Edge Hockey School emphasis discipline and respectful behavior towards other players and instructors.
CEHC reserves the right to dismiss any player who do not follow this and all other camp rules and regulations.
Our week long camps are not a day care service. We expect all players to be physically fit,
able to jog non-stop for 20 minutes and have to ability to tie their own skates.
Players must participate in all our daily training components.
We"ll work hard and have FUN !
We don't advertise autograph sessions with Pro's, we concentrate on offering a quality program with quality instructions, NO PUBLICITY STUNTS OR GIMMICKS !!
Our daily schedule is subject to changes and modifications in order to suit and compliment our ice schedule.
We recommend players try their skates on to be sure that they fit. If you do need new skates,
wear them a bit before camp, to prevent blisters.
Try on all of your equipment, make certain it still fits, and no repairs are required.
