Week long camp:
Challenging off-ice hockey specific training component designed to make players stronger and faster.
Our daily schedule (subject to change) include, 3 separate hour long on-ice hockey skills development: 1 hour power skating,
1 hour stickhandling, 1 hour of small area competitive battle games and/or flowdrills, 2-3 separate 1 hour off-ice sessions including yoga and a 1 hour game on Friday.
Unlike most hockey camps we pride ourselves in offering a physically challenging camp.
Players are to arrive at camp committed to improve their overall fitness and hockey skills.
As such, Competitive Edge Hockey School emphasis discipline and respectful behavior towards other players and instructors.
CEHS reserves the right to dismiss any player who do not follow this and all other camp rules and regulations.
Our week long camps are not a day care service. We expect all players to be physically fit and capable to jog non-stop for 10 minutes.
Players must participate in all our daily training components.
We'll work hard and have FUN !
We don't advertise autograph sessions with Pro's, we always concentrate on offering a quality program with quality instructions, NO PUBLICITY STUNTS OR GIMMICKS !!
Our daily schedule is subject to changes and modifications in order to suit and compliment our ice schedule.
We recommend players try their skates on to be sure that they fit. If you do need new skates,
wear them a bit before camp, to prevent blisters.
Try on all of your equipment, make certain it still fits, and no repairs are required.
Drop-off 7:30, latest pick-up 17:00.
On the last day of your stay at the camp, you'll have the opportunity to take part in a competition and show off the skills you acquired during your stay. Spectators can place bets on a casino site we partnered with just for this occasion. Look at their site here, and place your predictions for a chance to earn big money rewards. You can also spend the bonus amount on playing slot games.
